Stable Chelsea based property/real estate management company headquarters looking for an Office Assistant/Customer Service representative with experience working in a very vibrant business atmosphere. MAJOR GROWTH POTENTIAL! This is a position where you have to like to wear a lot of different hats! You will be working directly with the officers of a property management company that has been around for over 35 years. Our Main office has about 6 employees, however, there are over 150 employees in the field at actual properties. We are looking for someone excited to be part of a family business that is RAPIDLY expanding and will want to work with us for the future. Some background in A/P, A/R, and book keeping is beneficial.
Duties include:
-Bilingual is a REQUIREMENT.
-Answering a high volume of phone calls, route calls correctly to field and correct office representatives, and answer customer questions efficiently once learning company policies
-Data entry, our in-house computer processing, handling customer accounts & collections
-Must have knowledge of accounts receivables/payables
-Filing, Coding Payments, Maintaining office systems/supplies
-Computer literate in EXCEL, WORD, ADOBE, and computer savvy
-Ultimately, we want someone efficient, trustworthy, reliable and looking to grow with our company.
